4. The exact page address (URL) on BangMediaTV.com where the content appears.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your request is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
7. Your signature. Typing your full legal name at the end of the email counts as an electronic signature.

Please note: only the copyright owner, or someone authorized to represent them, may request a removal, and proof of ownership is required. Requests without proof cannot be processed. Knowingly sending a false copyright claim can carry legal consequences.

What happens next: once we receive a complete request with proof of ownership, we will review it and remove or disable access to the content within 5 business days. If information is missing, we may contact you to ask for it, and the 5 business days begin once the complete request is received. Our aim is simple: if you own it and you ask, it comes down — no arguments and no misunderstandings.

Counter-notice: if your content was removed and you believe the removal was made in error, email bangmediatvllc@gmail.com with your name, the page address (URL) of the removed content, and a short statement explaining why you believe you have the right for it to be posted.
